Office Closure - Oct 1 2020

Due to a COVID exposure, Dr Priestner and Dr Archibald’s office at 29 Plains Rd W in Burlington will be closed and the phones will not be answered until further notice. If you require an urgent refill on your medications, please advise your pharmacy of our closure and they should provide you with enough medication for a few weeks. Dr Archibald and Dr Priestner will still be doing phone appointments from home and therefore if you have a scheduled appointment, you will receive a phone call at some point on the day of your appointment. Please keep your phone on you. All in person appointments will be changed to phone appointments. If you have been in the office recently, public health will do contact tracing as required to determine if anyone requires COVID testing.

Our after hours clinic effective Oct 1 2020 will be cancelled. Once our office is open again, we will resume these clinics.  We are following public health guidelines. 

If we are closed and you require medical attention, call telehealth at 1-866-553-7205 or attend the Main St W Urgent Care Centre at 690 Main St W Hamilton from 9am-9pm 7 days per week or St Joseph’s Urgent Care at 2757 King St E Hamilton from 8am-10pm 7 days per week. 

As always your health is our main concern. We hope this closure will only last a few days but are awaiting further guidance from Public Health. 

Dr Voon and Dr James offices remain open as usual.
